Be inform that every arrangement regarding your cash payment through diplomatic services has been made; note that your funds have been package like a consignment.

The scam artists often use prominent titles before the name in order to make the email more official. I feel that most people will look throught that, esepcially after reading the main content, and delete it. Others will fall victim of identity theft and fraud.
